How to Get More Referrals

If your camp rocks, chances are you're getting lots of word-of-mouth referrals. At Aloha Beach Camp we want 85% of our enrollment to be referral-based. That's how we keep marketing costs down. Why pay for advertising and marketing when you can get other people to do it for you ... for free? 

Here's a slam-dunk way to get more referrals: Every time you get a referral, contact the referring family to say thank you. You can call them, email them or send them a personal letter (I think a hand-written note is best). They'll be blown away you took the time to do it.
